The project was to convert dense point cloud data of the plant into a 3D BIM model. The area included ventilation ducts, water supply pipes, drainage pipes, steam pipes, firefighting pipes, and other services.
Scope:
The scope was to create the 3D model from the dense point cloud. The model was supposed to use for the feasibility study for the installation of a certain new component within the space. The plant model was also used to identify potential clashes.
