
The Deland Utilities Administration Building is a new two-story building located at 120 South Florida Avenue in DeLand, Florida. It is the headquarters of the City of DeLand’s Utilities Department, which provides water, wastewater, and reclaimed water services to the city.
The building was completed in 2023 and was designed by SchenkelShultz Architecture. It is LEED Silver certified, which means that it was designed and constructed to meet high standards of environmental sustainability.
