Renovation and Expansion Township Building

The major renovation project at the township building in Lancaster, Pennsylvania was completed in 2017. The project included upgrades to the building’s electrical, plumbing, and heating and cooling systems. The project also included a new roof and new windows.

The township building is located at 138 W. Main Street in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The building was built in 1971 and is home to the township’s administrative offices, the township’s municipal court, and the township’s police department.

The township is currently in the process of developing a master plan for the township’s facilities. The master plan will assess the needs of the township’s current facilities and make recommendations for future improvements. It is possible that the master plan will recommend a renovation or expansion of the township building. However, no such project is currently in the works.
