Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the BIM projects and the entire BIM team for better execution of projects
- Project planning and resource allocation
- Identify the scope of work, review client inputs, and estimate new BIM projects
- Use and identify tools that automate or make tasks easier for BIM projects
- Client communication, participation in technical calls or marketing calls
- Assist in recruiting BIM Architects, Engineers etc.
- Quality checking and monitoring productivity of Team Leaders
- Identifying potential issues and providing resolutions to team members/clients.
- Planning and implementing training programs for juniors or experienced staff
- Respect and follow company policies and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Revit Experience Required: 7 to 10 years of working on International BIM projects
- Qualifications: B-Arch/B-Tech (Civil)
- Meeting Project Delivery timelines
- Implementing ISO Standards / Company Standards
- Good Communication Skills for working on international projects
- Maintaining project documents, time sheets, drawing lists
- Ability to work independently
- Continuous Improvement attitude
- Experience in leading a BIM team will be preferred
- AutoCAD, Scan to BIM, Sketch up, Revit, and Navisworks experience mandatory
