Union & Ash

Union & Ash is a proposed 116-unit condominium project located at 300 El Cajon Boulevard in El Cajon, California. The project is being developed by City Ventures Homebuilding LLC.

The project will consist of 15 townhome buildings, each containing between six and 11 units. All units will be three-bedroom/three-bath homes with two-car garages. There will also be 22 visitor spaces.

The project is located in the heart of El Cajon’s downtown area, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and entertainment. It is also close to several major transportation corridors, making it easy to get around the city.

The construction is expected to begin in early 2023 and be completed in late 2024.
