220N Meridian

The 220N Meridian residential project is a 50-story, mixed-use tower located in the heart of Orlando, Florida. The project is being developed by Greystar Real Estate Partners and is expected to be completed in 2023.

The tower will have 422 residential units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. The project will also have 15,000 square feet of retail space. Amenities will include a swimming pool, tennis courts, fitness centers, and a rooftop terrace with views of the city.
