Council Towers North

Council Towers North is a 12-story, 125-unit apartment building located at 1040 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, Florida. It was built in 1979 and is owned and operated by the Miami Beach Housing Authority (MBHA).

The renovation of Council Towers North was a $78 million project that was completed in 2023. The project included a complete overhaul of the building, including the exterior, interior, and amenities.
