It is a 10,000 square foot retail space for lease, located on Clematis Street, one of the most pedestrian activated districts in West Palm Beach. It is also 0.3 miles from the Brightline high-speed train station.

The renovation of Clematis & Olive was completed in 2022. The goal of the renovation was to update the building and make it more attractive to tenants. The following work was done:

• The interior of the building was gutted and completely renovated.
• New flooring, walls, and ceilings were installed.
