UCD Orchard Park

Orchard Park is a student housing complex at the University of California, Davis (UC Davis). It is located on the northwest corner of the campus, on a 19-acre site off Russell Blvd. It is comprised of 11 4-story residential buildings and two community buildings.

Orchard Park was originally built in 1964 but was redeveloped and reopened in 2023. The new Orchard Park features modern apartments with all the amenities that students need, including full kitchens, private bathrooms, and in-unit laundry. The community buildings provide residents with fitness rooms, study/meeting spaces, and a variety of other amenities. Orchard Park also features open outdoor space, a tot lot, and a network of bike/pedestrian paths.
