The Waterford-Juno Beach, GMP – Phase 2

The Waterford is a senior living community located in Juno Beach, Florida. The community has announced the expansion of their facility. The project broke ground in January 2023 and is expected to be completed in 2025.

The expansion will add 92 new independent living apartments, 8 patio homes, and 16 memory care suites to the facility. It will also enhance the on-site health care services to include assisted living.

The renovation will update the existing independent living apartments and common areas. It will also add a new parking garage and amenity building.
