BIM Engineer (Mechanical)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Motivated, organized, and detail-oriented experience in BIM/ Revit Modeler/ Engineer.
• He / She should have good visualization skills and the ability to work on projects in Industrial and Mixed-use complexes.
• Experience in working on modeling, coordination, and managing International Projects.
• Self-motivated, team player, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Expert user of AutoCAD, Revit & Navisworks.
• Assist project teams in BIM project setup.
• Experience with BIM-360 must
• Strong knowledge of Revit is essential.
• Excellent working knowledge of BIM software (version 2017 and above).
• Experience in preparing general arrangements in all stages of drawings such as Detail design, Construction Drawings, Fabrication Drawings & As Built.
• Ability to independently carry out accurate 2D AutoCAD or 3D Revit Coordination work for Rooms / Corridor / Riser / Plant area etc.
• Ability to prepare Utility routes based on basic input availability.
• Ability to learn and work using various service standards and building codes.
• Ability to work with the team and deliver detailed MEP Coordination model/drawing within the allotted time frame & quality that is desired.
• Should have sound knowledge of various aspects of Industrial Facility services including HVAC, Electrical and mechanical Pipework for Heating / Cooling, Domestic Water Supplies, Gases, Sprinklers, and Drainage systems.
• The ability to size pipes & ducts based on flow rates would be preferred.
• Clash detection and clash resolution Revit & Navisworks.
• Create Parametric Revit Families.
• Ability to get quickly trained on new software and client standards.
• Able to communicate in written and spoken English must.
• Display a positive attitude like flexibility, collaborative nature, and empathy.
• Experienced user of MS Office.
• Respect and follow company policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Revit Experience Required – 1 to 4 years
• Minimum 2 years of Industrial Experience must
• Meeting Project Delivery timelines
• Implementing ISO Standards / Company Standards
• Good Communication Skills for working on international projects
• Maintaining project documents, time sheets, drawing lists
• Ability to work independently
• Continuous Improvement attitude
