16 Brodeur

The 16 Brodeur residential project is a proposed mixed-use development in the Beaches neighborhood of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The project would consist of a 27-story tower with 333 condominium units, as well as a 4-story podium with 15,000 square feet of retail space.

The project is being developed by Context Development and would be located at 16 Brodeur Avenue, on the site of a former car dealership. The tower would be designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects and would have a sleek, modern design. The podium would be designed by ERA Architects and would have a more pedestrian-friendly scale.

The project is currently in the planning stages and is expected to be completed in 2025.
