Brightview project

Brightview Senior Living’s latest project is a university-based senior living community on the campus of Notre Dame of Maryland University in Baltimore City. The community, which is scheduled to open in 2024, will have 171 units for independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

The project was announced in 2020 and broke ground in 2022. It is being developed in partnership with Notre Dame of Maryland University and the University System of Maryland.

The community will be located on a 3.5-acre site on the university’s campus. It will have a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, a swimming pool, a library, and a theater. The community will also offer a variety of programs and activities, such as educational workshops, social events, and arts and cultural programming.
