Council Towers

The Council Towers in Miami Beach is a 15-story, 172-unit apartment building for low-income seniors. It is located at 533 Collins Avenue, just two blocks from the beach. The building has a variety of amenities, including a community room, laundry room, and fitness center. It also offers transportation services to the market and the doctor’s office.

It was built in 1967 and renovated in 2012.
