EIEC Belmont Allied Health

The Allied Health Building at the EICC Belmont Campus is located at 2800 E. 11th Street, Moline, Illinois 61265. It is a two-story building with a total of 52,000 square feet of space. The building was constructed in 1974 and was renovated in 2000.

Eastern Iowa Community Colleges (EICC) is renovating and expanding the Allied Health/Nursing Wing at Scott Community College’s Belmont Campus. The project includes demolition, general construction, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology.

The renovation will include the following:

• The addition of 12,000 square feet of new space, including new classrooms, laboratories, and offices.
• The renovation of existing classrooms and laboratories.
• The installation of new equipment and technology.
• The improvement of the building’s infrastructure, including the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• The project is expected to be completed in 2024. The renovated Allied Health Wing will be able to accommodate up to 400 students.
