Hanover Turtle Creek

Hanover Turtle Creek is a residential complex located at 4251 Irving Ave, Dallas, TX 75219, USA.

It is a 21-story residential tower located in the affluent Turtle Creek neighborhood, north of Dallas’ Uptown. It’s currently under construction and is scheduled to be completed in 2025.

The tower is a joint venture between GID and Hanover Company. The two groups first had to demolish the Turtle Creek Gardens 100-unit condo complex to make way for the tower.

The tower is located on Turtle Creek Boulevard, near Fairmount Street. It’s walkable to parks, trails, and greenspace.

The tower will have 341 units. It’s Hanover Company’s first rental project on Turtle Creek Boulevard.
