The Las Olas Marina building is a three-story, 31,000-square-foot marine services building that is currently under construction in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. It is scheduled to be completed in 2024.

The building will house a casual restaurant, a ship store, office space, a gym, a swimming pool, and an outdoor patio. It will also have a Captains and Crew Lounge with a rooftop gym, swimming pool, a chef’s kitchen, recreational spaces, and substantial crew amenities.

The building is being developed by SunTex Marinas and is part of a larger redevelopment project that is transforming the Las Olas Marina into a world-class destination for mega yachts. The project also includes the construction of a new pump station to improve the sanitary flow throughout Fort Lauderdale beach for decades to come.
