Salt Lake Crossing

Salt Lake Crossing is a 300-unit apartment building located at 490 West 100 South in Salt Lake City. It is part of the Hardware District, a mixed-use development that is transforming the former industrial area into a vibrant neighborhood.

The building is designed by SALT Development and is scheduled to be completed in 2023. It will have a mix of micro and studio apartments, as well as a co-working space. The apartments will range in size from 228 square feet to 470 square feet.

The building will also have a number of amenities, including a fitness center, a rooftop terrace, and a bike storage room. It will be located near a number of restaurants, shops, and bars, as well as the Salt Lake City Public Library and the Salt Lake City Central TRAX station.
