SDPBC Melaleuca Elementary School Modernization & Renovation

The SDPBC Melaleuca Elementary School Modernization & Renovation project is a $38 million project that is currently underway in Orlando, Florida. The project is being funded by the School District of Palm Beach County (SDPBC) and is scheduled to be completed in August 2023.

The project includes construction of a new 65,000-square-foot classroom building, renovation of the existing school building, addition of a new media center, cafeteria, and gymnasium, installation of new security features, creation of new outdoor learning spaces, etc.
