The Grid is a 228-room hotel that is designed for business travelers. It will have a modern, sleek design and will feature a fitness center, a rooftop bar, and a meeting space.

The Element is a 144-room hotel that is designed for extended-stay guests. It will have a more relaxed, casual atmosphere and will feature a kitchenette in each room, a fitness center, and a bike share program.

The two hotels will share a lobby and other amenities. They are scheduled to open in 2024.
