Educator Housing 231 Grant Avenue is a new affordable housing development for teachers and other school staff in Palo Alto, California. The development is located at 231 Grant Avenue and is scheduled to open in early 2024.

The development will consist of a four-story building with 110 units, including a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments.

The development will also include a variety of amenities for residents, such as a community room, a laundry facility, and a bike storage room.

Educator Housing 231 Grant Avenue is a joint venture between Abode Communities and Mercy Housing California.
